By November 1st, I will be 115 lbs.
By my birthday, November 6th, I will be 113 lbs.
By November 12th, I will be 110 lbs.
Then I’ll lose the last 5 lbs healthily, with no restricting or anything. Just healthy eating.
started eating… then i stopped myself, thank god.
A pound lighter than yesterday. Still not anywhere near where I want to be, but a little bit closer.
Tomorrows plan: green tea. no calorie fasting. work. come home. jog on treadmill.
